I read in the spirit of Halloween back at the appropriate time It was interesting to read of the customs for that celebration I keep trying to imagine turnips large enough to be carved as we do pumpkins or even to imagine what one would look like as Lizzy was admonished that her carving resembled Mr Darcy.This was a cute little tale told as the ghost of Darcy s mother decides that she must intervene in Darcy s life as he seems to be missing the fact that Miss Elizabeth Bennet is perfect for him [...]

    4. I really enjoyed the first 3 novellas from Ms Lang so I eagerly purchased this one I was a little disappointed while it is chock full of Halloween history and trivia it is rather short on Darcy and Lizzy.

What if Mr Darcy s mother Lady Anne Darcy felt guilty about the marriage arrangement with Catherine de Bough and her daughter Hallow en when ghosts are at there most powerful and Lady Anne decides to interfere She realises that Darcy and Elizabeth are ideally suited and does her best to bring them together after they have met at Netherfield.

    6. Kinda leaves you hanging.This started out well, like I have said of the other 3 novellas by Jennifer Lang It has some good twists and turns, but then just ends, or at least to me it seems to end Leaving me wonder, Is there going to be to come or Is that it
