This two volume set has a place of honor on my bookshelf I have read it multiple times and gain with each reading I would love to see a third volume taking us through the years from Reagan to the present, including the major restoration work during the Clinton administration and the current status of the structure The Presidents House belongs to all of us and its history is a fascinating window on our history as a nation.
